LoSt in Tis WorLd

Finally the day arrived. Been excited about it for weeks. No months!!! My dear Zahi is finally going through solemnisation n officially belongs to her husband. Well, congrats Zahirah. Semoga masjid yg dibina berkekalan hingga ke akhir hayat. Muakcs!!

Werk todae was a-ok. We had extra staff due to some side duties we had to do, preparing fo the JCI which is just around the corner. But even wif the extra staff, i haf no idea y i was walking around from 8 am to 3pm. Oh wait….i DO KNOE who’s the cause of it. It’s those damn isolation cases. And when’s it’s isolation, it always pairs with bed bound pt. URGHH!!! Anyway, I haf noting to complain about coz after werk, i’m gng for my dear Zahi’s wedding. 3pm sharp (that’s like 15 min earlier before our end of shift) , we all charged for the locker room. That’s how excited we are.

So while waiting fro my dearest sayang to pick us up, what else is there to do to entertain us ladies….PICTURES!!!!

Our ride came at 4.45pm n off we went to Balestier rd. Man….she really got a huge family. The place was pack wif her relatives n children running around wif the pieces of bunga mangga. But no sight of Zahirah n her husband. Someone told us they went for the last outfit change.

Finally we caught the newly wed couple…..

She looks soOOoooOoo damn beautiful in her pink dress. Wish that we came earlier so that we can take some snapshots in the changing room.

Her relatives all are the “ok-go” type. Just like her, they love bollywood, hindi, bhangra songs. So when the music starts, they’ll be dancing on the floor. Pretty entertaining actually. Make ure butt itchy to dance along wif them too.

We tried to take a huge group photo but i think it didnt turned out well. Some of us ended up tip toeing at the back n trying to squeeze our face in between of somebody else’s shoulder just to get in the picture. But i love the crowd though….Makes it look dramatic

This is Kak lin’s boi, Rian….he’s just so cute. Like Harry Potter….just need a little “Z” on the forehead n voila!! We got our version of Harry Pottie

Anywayz…again to Zahirah. Selamat Pengantin Baru. Haf a nice honeymoon after todae n dun worry, our friendship will not change (if not stronger) even now ure someone else’s wife. Just look at KAk lin!!

24 jUNE 2008….our 4 years anniversary of being together. So how did we celebrate the day?? No fancy dinner, no big surprises, no flowers, no chocolates n no gifts at all. Just simply wishing each other n watching a movie while sharing our popcorn. Yeah…pretty dead right for a 4 YEARS anniversary. Wonder wat our 5th year will be?? VCD i guess. haha….but i actually enjoyed our day. Not quite like the way others would spend their anniversary.

Went to Downtown East newest shopping mall. Not much things there actually. More of a place too munch, there’s lots of restaurants. So we went there just to haf our movie marathon. Yup!! Movie marathon on our anniversary. ”Romantic” huh. Anyway, we were suppose to catch 3 movies. Kungfu PAnda, Don’t Mess wif Zohan and Get Smart. But we couldnt wait till our anniversary for Kungfu Panda so we cheated a little bit andwatch that show the day before. I love it!! Damn hilarious. That panda is just irritatingly cute n funny.

HAIIYAKK!!!

Zohan movie was dissapointingly boring. Very rare Adam Sandler’s movie to be rated that. It’s about this guy named zohan who’s a counter-terrorist n dreams of being a hairstylist. So he fakes his own death n move over to new york.He attracts his customer wif the “special” service he gave after the cut. *sigh*…it’s one of those comedy who uses sexual references n call it a joke. Never like those movies actually.

I still love Adam Sandler…

I’m glad i watched Get Smart after that Zohan movie. Coz it definately perks up my mood again. Steve Carell is like the smarter version of Mr Bean. haha..i really find him like Mr Bean. He’s stupid…but smart. Arguing with his partner about who’s the best, who gets higher score in exam. haha….Childishly grown ups. The best part, i love the scene in the plane where he tries to uncuff himself wif his tiny little gadget. You guys should really catch it if u havent. It’s worth the money.

So after the  movie, we had our dinner at Hei Sushi!! Nyumm

It was still early to call it a day after our dinner, n there’s nothing for us to shop at that mall. So we did something that we didnt think we would do….especially on an anniversary….

BOWLING!!!

I won of course….with 2 strikes. *GLEAMING*
